UPDATE FROM TEAM MILLENNIUM

Hello Family, I just wanted to give you guys an update on what is happening with us as we navigate this Covid-19 pandemic. A lot has changed in the last 7 days. Today Monday, March 30, 2020, (the day before my 55th birthday) the Governor of Maryland issued a Stay-at-home order for Maryland residence, which takes effect tonight at 8pm. In our last update I stated that we would reopen April 7, 2020, with this order in place we will not reopen on April 7th, we will reopen when the order is lifted. The seriousness of this pandemic will alter many things about how we live our lives. I remain extremely prayerful and hopeful that God will keep up during this time of separation.

We at Millennium Salon have to change how we engage with you, but never will we change our goal of service to you. We will start providing more content on at home tips for continued health and welfare on our Instagram and Facebook social media platforms.

Several of you have reached out to us, and have recognized that our business is one where we do not get paid if we don’t work, yet there are expenses and obligations that still need financial attention., and how can you help.

The following are ways that you can help the staff and groomers at Millennium Salon during the period of not being able to earn a living by way of our craft.

  1. PRAY FOR US
  2. Go to our social media and follow us, leave a comment on our post
  3. Leave a review on Yelp, Google, Google Maps, Facebook (this will help greatly when we are able to return to work, your review will help drive future business to our salon)
  4. Post on your social media, find a picture of yourself at an event with a fresh cut, or a selfie with a fresh cut and tell us how the cut made you feel and tag us
  5. Give a donation to us
  6. Pay for a Haircut (our scheduling platform will be open and 3 things will be visual to select donate $10, $20, or Haircut.)
We appreciate you all so very much, we realize this pandemic is a hardship for each of us and we know that the help we are asking for may not be possible for some of you, we just want to let you know that we understand and say Thank you for thinking of us during this time.

Sincerely,
